4. Pricing and VAT
All prices are displayed in AED, unless stated otherwise
Prices include 5% UAE VAT, where applicable
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout
In the event of a pricing or product error, K°RE42 reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order using approved payment methods.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

- minor differences in finish, colour, or texture may occur
- such variations do not constitute a defect.

12. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
Title to the goods shall pass only upon receipt of full payment.

- product concepts
is the property of K°RE42 and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and K°RE42 in relation to your use of the website and any purchases made.
