K°RE42 42 – SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are handled with the same discipline applied to every K°RE42 piece.
Processing and delivery are structured but remain subject to external factors beyond our control.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following confirmation of payment.
Processing times may be extended during periods of increased demand, including product launches, promotional events, and peak trading periods.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days
- GCC: up to 5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed prior to payment.
4. VAT and Duties
All UAE orders include 5% VAT, where applicable
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
K°RE42 shall not be responsible for any delay, failed delivery, or loss arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Delivery and Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Where a shipment is recorded as delivered by the courier, the order shall be deemed fulfilled.
7. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments
Where an order is undeliverable, refused, or remains uncollected and is returned to K°RE42:
- re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges
- any approved refund will exclude original shipping costs
8. Delays Outside Our Control
K°RE42 shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- customs clearance processes
- courier service disruptions
- weather conditions
- regional or global events
9. Damaged or Missing Items
Any issues relating to damaged, missing, or incomplete deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to [email], together with supporting evidence.
