Refund policy

K°RE42 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every K°RE42 piece is designed with intent and built to last.

Returns are not part of our model. They are safeguards.

1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is:

  • defective
  • damaged on delivery
  • not as described

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery to [email], including your order number and supporting images.

2. Change of Mind (10 Days)

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • the item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • all tags and original packaging must remain intact
  • the item must be free from marks, fragrance, damage, or alteration
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

This is a commercial policy and does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges (including size changes) may be requested within 10 days of delivery, subject to availability and the conditions set out above.

Where a replacement item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or incorrectly supplied, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • worn or washed garments
  • items with removed tags
  • customised or altered items
  •  final sale items

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email support@kore42.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Await approval and return instructions
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be:

  • processed within 7–10 business days following inspection
  • issued to the original payment method

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

For defective or incorrect items, K°RE42 will cover reasonable return costs

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by K°RE42

8. Legal Position

This policy is provided in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
